XXIV ALAP Congress 2010 – Cusco, Peru

Eng. Cesar Paredes, launched the program of the XXIV Congress of Latin American Potato Association,  ALAP 2010 , it was held in Cusco in May 2010. Among those attending the conference, there were not only officials from the sector, between the assistants were the president of the Peruvian Gastronomy Association, the Cordon Bleu managers, exporting entrepreneurs, marketing entrepreneurs of La Parada and the general director of the International Potato Center.
